QuranMV — Dhivehi Tharujama is a mobile app built by Codeworks to make the Qur'an more accessible to Dhivehi-speaking communities across the Maldives. The app pairs the Arabic text with a Dhivehi translation in a clean, distraction-free reading experience.
Readers can bookmark verses, add personal notes and tags to individual ayahs, and search across both the Qur'an and its translation. QuranMV also includes recitations from renowned reciters, and lets users share any ayah — with its translation — as a shareable image.
The app is fully customisable, with multiple Arabic font choices, theme colours, and adjustable font sizes for both the Arabic text and the Dhivehi translation. QuranMV is available for free on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
